Absentee Bid Form

Credit Card Info is required to submit a bid; however it is not required that it be submitted via the internet, nor that it be used for payment. If you do not wish to submit credit card information on this form, please finish the form, submit your absentee bid, and then call 607-988-2523 with your credit card information.

Please insure that all information is filled in correctly before moving on to the next page to place your bid(s). If any information is missing, bids will be considered invalid and will be ignored. All bids should be confirmed by telephone before 5 p.m. on the day before the auction.

Absentee bids are NOT ACCEPTED on the DAY OF THE AUCTION.

Hesse Galleries executes absentee bids completitively and as a convenience and is not responsible for errors or failure to execute bids.  Bids are accepted at the discretion of Hesse Galleries and are subject to the Terms of Sale.  Submitting this form to Hesse Galleries constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale.  The successful absentee bidder is responsible for the purchase price including the buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, plus shipping and handling if required.  Payment must be immediate [money order postmarked within five business days from date of auction or via the credit card on file (convenience fee applicable)].  Notification of successful bid(s) is by telephone within two business days after the auction.  Purchases not shipped must be picked up within seven days of notification or be subject to storage fees.  There is no return privilege.
